Jason Givens, the founder of Illuminosity, is a seasoned cloud architect whose passion for blending technology with the art of relaxation is the cornerstone of this unique Japanese Ayurvedic Head Spa, launching in 2024 on the Northside of Chicago. His journey from the structured world of cloud technology to the fluid realm of wellness and self-care exemplifies his dedication to bridging the gap between logic and artistry. Inspired by the tranquil head massages of Japan and the ancient wisdom of Ayurvedic practices, Jason's vision for Illuminosity is to create a serene oasis that harmonizes scalp therapy and aesthetic elegance, offering an escape into tranquility and rejuvenation for the bustling city life.

  • We expect to break ground in Q1 of 2024 on the northside of Chicago. This is tentative and subject to change.

  • Around 1,000 sqf. of a facility is expected in Boystown, West Town, or Lincoln Park. We are currently in the process of securing a location to start the remodeling process. This is tentative and subject to change.

Please be aware that our primary service here will be hair/scalp washing and massage with a myriad of add-ons to be performed by our cosmetologists.
